Argghh! I cannot get my Zaurus to access the internet now that I've moved out of my sister's house and into an apartment with a coworker. I know exactly how to get it working but unfortunately, I don't have access to his firewall. I hate asking people to make changes to firewalls, I hate it I hate it I hate it. This is exactly why I need my own broadband access. Hrrmmm...I wonder if there's DSL in Manassas, VA.

I'm thinking on trying the latest and greatest OZ...again. I just HATE being disappointed (I'm in a hatey mode today, huh? :o) ). I hate going thru all the processes to get OZ onto the Zaurus, setting up all the software (downloading and migrating software via CF/SD cards) only to find out OZ isn't for me because of inherent bugginess. Sure, I've spare time to do this but I consider all my time valuable and I'm not going to waste it fiddling with something that's probably not going to work the way it should. Is it OZ's fault? Not really. Its actually the software apps that partially work. At one point, I wanted to build software for the Zaurus, just so I could have an application that WORKED. I actually bought a QT book and all. Sadly, I'm not driven when it comes to coding programs, so that went right out the window.

Oh well. I could at least try the latest Sharp ROM, eh? :o)
