More data on PDAs -

Softfield MX-7 (haven't seen or heard much on this...and, there's no direct links on Softfield.com to the content that I found):

MX-7 FAQ

MX-7 Data/Spec sheet

Now, why can't I find any more data than this? I'd like a review based on a USER perspective (not a deveolper or "person-who-likes-geek-toys" perspective)...

Thought I'd also mention this page. It regards AMD's possible handheld solution:

AMD Alchemy

Yeah, I've not posted in awhile.

I'm still using my Zaurus. What have I done lately? Not much beyond daily PIM activities. I REALLY need to get xml2dtm running (see last entry)...I have access to my old backed up data but its highly cumbersome to navigate through the address book, swimming through the xml code.

I also found this link....holy crap! That's a SERIOUS abundance of Zaurus data.

I've also noticed that most of the Zaurus forums have died, even the one linked from Sharp's pages. WTF is up with that? It seems that the Zaurus movement is almost dead.

Additionally, have you guys seen the new Zaurus? The SL-6000? View it here. VERY VERY nice but I'm not gonna even contemplate purchasing that thing...not for the price that it's going for. Why spend that amount of money on what amounts to a PDa when for a bit more, I can have something that's faster and has more storage capacity. Last I checked, they were running for well over $600. (!!)

Lastly, I've not been able to use the Today software for the Zaurus. I got it from Killefiz. I remember using this app in OZ when I had it on my Z. I wish I could get it running on the 3.10 Sharp ROM.

I'll try to post more often. :o)
